- Led the post-acquisition integration of the Samito product team into Wirtualna Polska, mapping team competencies, reallocating members into host WP squads and redefining ownership so that the team could effectively collaborate with several external product and platform teams.
- Facilitated a series of cross-functional workshops with new stakeholders to capture business needs and co-designed, together with WP architects, the target architecture for push notifications, newsletters and onsite (pop-up) tooling complementary to the existing ad stack.
- Planned and coordinated the migration of all push clients and onsite functionality from the legacy Samito platform to WP’s systems, completing the transition as scheduled while keeping the product team productive and strengthening its identity and responsibilities.
- Continuously improved the team’s requirements workflow, introducing a structured way of collecting, analysing and estimating work so that we realistically plan our capacity, minimise mid-sprint scope changes and regularly finish sprints with no carry-over, while mutual testing practices allowed us to virtually eliminate rollbacks and significantly reduce maintenance time despite having no dedicated QA.
